On Sunday, October 15th the University of Washington Formula Motorsports team will be hosting Dawgtoberfast the 7th and final event for the WWSCC championship series! Taking place at Sanderson Field in Shelton, WA this event is one of two fundraisers to help the University of Washington Formula Motorsports team design, innovate and build custom formula cars to compete at the collegiate level from teams in the US and across the globe. As an internationally-ranked team with a 3rd place finish at the national level at Formula SAE Electric in the 2022-2023 year UWFM hopes to continue the legacy in the 2023-2024 school year! The support of the WWSCC continues to help them excel and strive for higher achievements. The money goes towards better materials and design tools that assist them in their journeys towards being world-class engineers; check them out at https://uwformula.com/.

How you can support the team: The RENT-A-STUDENT program gives you the option to "hire" a UWFM team member to fill-in on your course work responsibilities. All proceeds from the RENT-A-STUDENT program go back to UWFM. $20 for one session or $35 for a full day student rental.

 

AM session- All competition and novice classes run in the morning. Non-Stock cars will run in the first run group, PRO1 and most of the stock classes will run in the second run group. The rest of the run groups will be assigned day-of to balance run groups.

- Registration & Tech: 7:45 AM-9 AM

- Drivers meeting: 9:15 AM

PM session- Time only only for the afternoon, with plentiful runs.

- Registration & Tech: 11:30 AM- 12:30 AM (Approx.)

- Drivers Meeting: 12:45 PM (Appox.)

 

Pricing: $40 with pre-registration of $45 to register on day of competition.

BEAC Touch & Go - Event #5


On Saturday August 19th BEAC will host the 3rd annual Touch & Go. Our high-flying member club Boeing Employees Autosports Club(BEAC) will supply a fully reversible, Mike Millet designed, course. Touch & Go is race #5 in the 2023 Polonez Automotive sponsored WWSCC Championship Series.


WWSCC Sports Car Spectacular - Event #6


On Sunday August 20th all the member clubs will host the WWSCC annual fundraising event Sports Car Spectacular(SCS). SCS is event #6 in the 2023 Polonez Automotive sponsored WWSCC Championship Series. These two events will help determine who is in contention for top points honors for the series.


On Saturday, Pro1 class and most of the stock cars will Run 1, Work 2. Non-Stock will Work 1 - Run 2.  Run/Work adjustments will be made on the fly based on total sign-up. Time only runs in the PM.

Dry camping is available.
