WWSCC September Meeting Minutes
September 21, 2009 at Goldie’s on Airport Way
Called to order 7:39
Attendance: Karl Coleman – President; Dieter Beldi – VP, ACE, PSMC; Zane Kenney – Secretary, BEAC; Glenn Austin – Webmaster; Mike Rorvig – CSCC; Keith Brown – SCCA; TJ McGeary – BSCC, TS; Ryan Trickett – UWFSAE; Karen Babb – Insurance Focal.
Minutes review: Keith moved to approve. Dieter Seconded. Motion carries.
Treasurers report:
Kelley submitted written report. Current balance $4393.10 Recent outflows included officer meals, K&K insurance. Inflows include NWDE council membership, NWDE K&K dues, and SCCA council membership, rulebook ad, and donation for SCS. Currently have a high outstanding balance of $3117.47. Need to invoice Coop’s Miata and Jim’s Detail Shop for sponsorship.
Old Business:
Rule Books printing – No update.
New Business:
SCS Details – Clubs are getting stuff arranged. Trophies by UWFSAE (Honda Swag etc). Need to remember to keep waivers separate and sign for each day. Stewards are still needed.
PSMC Miatacross Details – Good to go.
UWFSAE Dog Dash Event Plan – Minor tweaks made to the event plan. Council arranged for shadows for the critical chief positions.
ACE Dogfight Event Plan – Minor tweaks. Still need stewards.
Shelton Dates – Need to setup a WW meeting for date assignments, possibly early December (due to SCCA schedule and BMP schedule availability). Maybe a Google calendar for showing dates available.
BEAC Container storage – will not be available in the future.
