Torque Steerers Understeer/Oversteer August 29 - Shelton, WARound 4 and 5 of the WWSCC Jim's Detail Shop/Polonez Automotive Championship series is coming up this Sunday in Shelton. That’s right, two events in one day, two courses, two opportunities to accumulate points. We’ll run Understeer in the AM and Oversteer in the PM. The course will be run one direction in the morning session, then the start and finish will be swapped and we will run the course in the other direction for the afternoon
Morning Session, Understeer – all classes There will be a lunch break after the AM session (time TBD). We’ll have a food truck onsite for lunch.

The price for each event will be $35.00 (USD) for on-site registration and pre-registered entrants. Cash, checks or credit cards (via square) will be accepted on site during the day of the event.
Participants who are not annual members of Torque Steerers will also be charged a TS Weekend Membership Fee of $5. Participants attending a TS event (any class) must pay this fee only once per weekend in accordance with the Torque Steerers' bylaws.
Online pre-registration for both events will close at 12pm on Friday, August 27th, 2021.
Participants will be required to show a valid driver’s license.

Sports Car Spectacular 8/22On Sunday August 22nd, the WWSCC clubs will pool their resources to present the Sports Car Spectacular, at Sanderson Field in Shelton, WA. Sunday August 22nd will be Event #3 in the 2021 WWSCC series, the all-Council Sports Car Spectacular. NOTE: On Sunday all points classes will run in the morning, including both Stock and non-Stock groups. If you aren't running the series for points, but want to run in the morning, you can pick a class your car generally fits into, run a Pro class, or just run Modified B (or Mod A if you're open-wheel). Morning registration and tech on Sunday will be 8:00-9:00; the afternoon (all Time-only, and subject to sufficient interest) will be "fun run" style. Morning classes will be grouped into 2 or 3 sessions, depending on turnout. Entry fee for Sunday is $40 pre-registered, $45 walk-up. Pre-registration for Sunday will close Friday night at 6pm. A nice double header weekend with our friends at NWR SCCA Sunday the 25th in Bremerton
WWSCC and UWFM Present Dawgdash 2021On Sunday, April 25th, 2021, the University of Washington Formula Motorsports (UWFM) team will be presenting Dawgdash as the kickoff event in the 2021 Jim's Detail Shop WWSCC Championship Series. It will be located at Sanderson Field in Shelton, WA. This event is a fundraiser for UWFM, a team that designs and builds custom formula cars to compete with teams from both the US and across the globe. They’re an internationally-ranked team with a long history of success and our support goes a long way in helping them continue that excellence. The money goes towards better materials and design tools; check them out at https://uwformula.com/. How you can support the team: Dawgdash has the RENT-A-STUDENT program, which gives you the option to “hire” a UWFM team member to fill-in on your course work responsibilities.
