Meeting called to order at 19:56.

Minuets Review: Keith moved to approve. Dieter seconded. Motion carries.
Treasurers Report: Absent tonight, expect email report.

UWFSAE Dog Dash Championship Status – BEAC- Yes, BSCC – Absent, PSMC – Yes, ACE – yes, TS – Yes, NWDE – Yes, CSCC – Yes, UWFSAE- Absent. SCCA – yes. Championship status accepted.
ACE Dogfight Championship Status - BEAC- Yes, BSCC – Absent, PSMC – Yes, ACE – yes, TS – Yes, NWDE – Yes, CSCC – Yes, UWFSAE- Absent. SCCA – yes. Championship status accepted.

New officers appointed as not opposed. Still looking for volunteer for VP.
Shelton grass control: something needs to be done, likely to after slush of next year. Needs to be coordinated with the port.
Coneheads – January 23rd No auxiliary money to supplement the cost of the banquet. Asking for 250$ each from ww and scca to keeps the cost down the same as last year. Keith moved to allocation 250$ to reduce costs of Coneheads, Randy seconded. Motion carries.
WOTY, ROTY nominations are open: Submittals should be given to the president.
Shelton Schedule – Needs work. Dieter, to talk to Meagan Rennik (Corvette Club) and Tara (Port of Shelton) and will Coordinate with Dick W. for the list of other autocross event dates.
