Meeting called to order by Dieter 7:35

Meeting Minute Review: motion to approve Enrique, second by Zane

Treasurer’s Report: Kelley absent

Old Business:

Rulebook Page Misprint – Karen has not looked into it. yet

Review Ace Dogfight – A few challenges with new site. Rain made it slick. No issues with people wandering onto the site. Karen adjusted toe course to keep the cars off the paint lines, helping to appease the site managers.

Review BEAC Autopilot – good course revision to further minimize the impact to the paint lines. The site can be used for a longer course if they are less concerned about the paint stripes.

Dan Morrison presented some info about why he should not be fined for running over the cables at BEAC Autopilot. New Car new tires, first event since 1989. Dick presented why we have the current rule. Karen presented some more info regarding the history of the fine.

Dan made a motion to reduce the fine to $50 for running over the cables at BeAC autopilot. Motion tabled until aug for clarification on whether non-reps can make motions.

BMP – possible TS co-host Sports Car Spectacular 10/26

Cheney Stadium – Feedback from site manager

Shelton – BEAC Enduro

White River - does not seem to be viable

Port of Tacoma

Muckleshoot casino

Oxbow site owners can be contacted, but not by BEAC.

New Business:

Enduro Event Plan Aug 10 Sanderson Field Shelton course Designer Dick Willy, Event chair Dick Willy. Entry limit of 150 participants. Ann Wilson PM event Steward, Dieter and Kristi AM event stewards standard enduro specific rules

Brett Wilson is trying to figure out the storage of the WWSCC timing equipment, BEAC has considered offering the use of the Storage container in Kent.

Zane will fix the FM radio antenna.
