Meeting Called to order 7:40 by Dieter

Meeting Minute Review: March Minutes Motion to approve by Anne, Second by Enrique Motion passed as amended.
Treasurers Report: Not much business, Reimbursed officer meals, paid Understeer/Oversteer insurance. Sent requests for member counts. Has not invoiced for Slush events, waiting for new entrant numbers from Brett Wilson. Has sent out invoice for Honey buckets.
Old Business:
Team Ascencion – no members present
Seattle University Autocross Club – no members present
Potential sites
BMP – TS has a date in October, may be interested in co-hosting Sports Car Spectacular
Cheney – Available July 4-6 and Sept 27,28 ($1000)
Emerald Downs – Available Sept 29 to April 18
Port of Seattle – Terminal 25, after Cruise season
Shelton – unknown
Union Pacific – NO
White River – Unknown
Muckleshoot – Unknown
BEAC Looking at July weekend at Cheney, UW is looking at Sept 28th
New Business:
Rulebooks? Enrique will contact Karen to get the rulebooks for US/OS
US/OS event plan. Event #1 and #2 Jackie McInnis is event chair on Saturday, Enrique is Event chair on Sunday. Registration 7:30 to 8:30 AM and 11:30 to 12:30 PM. Passenger rule is the lenient rule. Needs event stewards. Dieter volunteer for event steward, for Saturday PM and Sunday AM.
Should folks be allowed to enter twice in the same half of the day while using “Rent a Students” to fulfill their work assignment. As a group we feel that it is up to the club.
Car Classing:
Motion by Dieter to class the following cars, second by Zane. Motion passes.
Mazdaspeed 3, Stock D if it proves to be an overdog, reclass in 2009
06 + WRX, Stock C
SRT-4, Stock C
