WWSCC Minutes
Meeting called to order 7:45 PM
Attendance: Karl Coleman – President TS, Keith Brown – Secretary SCCA, Dieter Beldi – ACE PSMC, TJ McGeary – BSCC, Zane Kenney, Steven Yao – UWFSAE, Gilbert Gede, Kelley Picasso – Treasurer, Enrique Garcia - BEAC
Review of November Minutes. Motion to approve Enrique, Second by Dieter. Motion passed
Treasurer’s Report: Kelley reported that we haven’t spent much, and have had a bunch of receivables come in. Current balance $13,313. She has calculated the 2007 Honey Bucket bills, and will send out invoices. She is still waiting for payment from Kevin Dietz for Sponsorship. We will get a small rebate from K&K Insurance for “per member” insurance. She will get the Honey Buckets organized for next season.
Old Business
Coneheads Trophies: The supplier has verified that we can get the quantity of jackets, Dieter needs to get the sizes. We will order the minimum number of Umbrellas and sell the remaining.
Nominations for ROTY, WOTY and Del Hines: No further nominations
Nominations for Officers: Dieter volunteered to be VP. TJ rescinds his VP nomination.
Coneheads Banquet: January 19th at F.X. McRory’s Menu is the same as last year, the Website has been updated. The prices have gone up slightly, $1 to $2 per entrée, but our fund from the practice will cover the difference.
Timing equipment Update: Kelley needs to get timing equipment from Brett Wilson to send it off for repair. Enrique and Kelley will contact Brett.
Website Updates: No updates. Enrique will get the committee going.
Spirit of the Sport Award: Heart of the Council If you have any suggestions get in touch with Glen Hernandez soon, he will be out of town for six weeks January into February.
New Business:
Elections: Karl, Dieter, Kelley and Keith unanimously voted in to office for 2008

Slush # Event Plan January 27th All but one chief are experienced. Dieter has volunteered for an AM rule stewrd $25 pre-reg and $30 on site. 150 preregistered cap total cap TBD. Registration 7 to 8 and 11 to 12. Make sure to announce these times online LOUDLY.
Site usage is contingent on the Boeing Company and may become unavailable at any time.
Calendar: Slush events UWFSAE – January 27 (Everett), TS 2/10 (BMP), ACE 3/9 (BMP)
Chief of Scoring: Brett Wilson will be chief of Scoring for the slush events, to train folks in the scoring Application.
