Approve meeting minutes as amended, motion by Karl, second Randy. Motion Passed

Treasurers report

Not much activity, wrote 2 checks. Received payment for slush from TS and ACE. Current balance $4343.98 Paid insurance deposit for season.

Old Business

Jim’s Detail will sponsor the 2007 WWSCC Championship Season

Driver Registration, Brett Wilson has been notified to provide the report. Individual clubs need to track new members, to track membership fee.

Motion to allow Enrique to buy new combination locks for the sanicans in Everett Motion by Kelley, second Keith. Motion passed.

Forums now have member club specific sections. Good job Glenn.

Race Amercia now has a wireless solution that works with our timing box. Up to 2 mile range via line of sight, upgradable with improved antenna. Much discussion

Event 1, April 29^th Dawg Dash BEAC focal is Dieter and Enrique. Jon Schwendhelm will be event steward in both morning and afternoon, with Karl and Dieter. Map has been approved.

Event 2, May 13^th ACE Dogfight 2007 Event plan resented. Need chief of waiver, free entry offered. Need Event Stewards, Randy Ayers will cover morning. Karl Coleman will cover half of PM. Brent Picasso may cover other half of PM. Permissive Passenger rule in effect.

New Business

BEAC Autopilot June 3^rd

TS understeer Oversteer June 16-17

BEAC request that all clubs contact Glen Hernandez directly to request dates. ACE and TS must do that for upcoming Events.

Rulebooks ready to go the printer, with RED covers.

NWDE Clothing Optional is tentatively scheduled for Sept 16^th the same weekend as Helena SCCA Divisional

ACE Ladies practice? They are looking for a club member to chair the event.

Coneheads Practice will be the Saturday before Sports Car Spectacular. October 6^th
