Proposal #6 – The proposal passed without opposition.

Miscellaneous change ideas – The rules will be adjusted to reflect the Snell 95 update. No action was taken on modifying the one rulebook per person requirement.

ACE has some concern with the Mazdaspeed 6 classing. Alan, who made the proposal, has no problems with revising that classification. Ed Dahl moved and Enrique seconded a motion to move the Mazda 6 to Stock C. The motion passed without objection.

New Business –

2006 Club Representatives –

Kevin is BSCC rep. John will send out the 2006 roster once he receives all of the contact information.

Slush Events -

UWFSAE – 1/22 – WWSCC is out of 2005 rulebooks. Reference copies should be fine for Slush Series events. Honeybuckets should be in place. UWFSAE still needs one half-day rules steward for a.m. and one for p.m. There was some discussion regarding whether the new rule permits two individuals running in the same heat sharing responsibilities as primary and secondary rules stewards. The new rule seems to require that they not be in the same heat. Annie Bauer volunteered to work a.m. Enrique volunteered to work p.m. Students will be working as chiefs and others will be available for rent-a-student work assignments. UWFSAE will need help on timing and scorekeeping. Fast Mike will help with afternoon registration. Keith and Kristi will help with morning workers. Burgers will be available for lunch.

TS – 2/12 at BMP – Event Chair Hans Adomeit presented the event plan. A course map was distributed as well. TS need one more rules steward in the afternoon. Dieter volunteered. The event is open to WWSCC members only and pre-registration is required.

ACE – 2/26 at BMP – Event Chair Ron Bauer presented the event plan. The event will be for WWSCC members only. Entry fees will be $25/$30. Pregistration is not required and no there will be no entry cap. ACE still needs one or two event stewards for non-stock (p.m.). Alan will volunteer if he can double-enter.

CSCC – 3/12 – The event plan will be presented at next meeting

Coneheads Banquet Planning – Keith gave an update. Thirty-eight people are registered at this point. We still need to figure out the AV logistics. Keith will meet with their maintenance supervisor to review the system and to figure out how to hook up a notebook to the facility video system. WWSCC will rent a screen for presentation. SCCA does not have a counterpart volunteer to assist with the raffle. Any ideas for prize donations would be appreciated. We will get more info on the website regarding Northwest Harvest donations.

Year-End Trophies – The supplier has all of the info and they are on schedule. Dieter will see samples this week.

2006 Calendar – PSMC – Miatacross is scheduled for July 30 - BEAC has not yet provided a confirmation on the lot.

NWDE will work hard to put on an event this year.

Keith has a call in to Cheney stadium to reserve their lot or April 14-16 for Evolution School, but that turns out to be Easter weekend. There is a weekend in June and a weekend in July available, but they both conflict with national events. Sounds like the week between the tour and the pro is the most likely time. That would be August 8 through August 10.

Next Meeting Location – Rogue Brewery, Issaquah if available

Adjourn – Ron made the motion to adjourn. Keith provided a second. The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

John Henderschedt

Secretary
