Treasurer's Report: Only activity in November was check to K&K for three Slush events. Consolidated invoice for all the rulebook advertising for 2003 to send out. Nifty report for income/expenses for 2003. PSMC $20. UW $20, TS $20, SCCA $20, Chevy of Issaquah & Coop's Miata $20 each and Jim's Detail for $500. $9091.42 is current balance after Slush insurance. Haven't invoiced for Honeybuckets yet, will get that done this month.

OLD Business:
Coneheads - Susan, Karina: We are having Coneheads on Saturday January 31st at 5:00pm to help get into Seattle before the Sonics game. Karina is doing Invitations/Tickets once people pay that have directions, a map, the menu, and a bit from our "sponsors". Raffle ticket to everyone who comes to the door and anyone who brings food for Northwest Harvest can get an additional ticket per food item up to two extra tickets per person. We are looking for donations from each club as well as from other vendors or companies. They don't *have* to be car related for the raffle. Pricing worksheet calculating 120 tickets at $30 per ticket we lose $1600 total.

Point of Discussion: Utilizing surplus from WW trophy fund for Coneheads "overage" on the banquet. Whatever isn't spent on trophies to go toward the banquet, agreed by all reps present.

Point of Discussion: Changing/Increasing Sanction Fees and changing the wording of the rule in the Rulebook. Council will discuss on-list and have a proposal for clubs to take back for voting in February.

Technology Committee: Brent is working on new website. Planning for rollout at Coneheads.

Equipment Committee: BEAC has positive vibes for purchasing new PA, etc. Also they have a new hand-truck that seems to work pretty great.

Elections: No additional nominees; Susan stays President, Enrique stays VP, Kelley elected to Treasurer, we still need a Secretary. Discussion about getting an older laptop for a WWSCC Secretary allowing current Toshiba laptop to be used for a "Specialty Chief of Timing" volunteer. Enrique will look into an older or used laptop for purchase. Clubs to ask again for a Secretary and find out if anyone interested in “Specialty Chief of Timing”.

Rules Changes: No dissentions about any of the rules, clubs present passed all rule changes.

Slush 1 - ACE "ACE"
- Susan: Sunday, January 18th at BMP. Susan coordinating equipment with Dieter. Dieter & Enrique are the equipment focals for BEAC. Stock runs in the AM. Set-up on Saturday. DrivingSports Magazine is having an Audi A8L, Phaeton, and something else going thru the course and taking pictures on Saturday after set-up. Clubs need to send in up-to-date rosters to Terri Johnson (Chief of Reg) since event is members-only. Rules Stewards: Ron for the PM, still need one for the AM, will bug the lists for AM RS. Course for Slush is one of the first Bremerton Slush event courses with a few mods.

Slush 2 - TS "Slip and Slide" - Kelley: Self-sufficient for this event with our own equipment, including timing/scoring. Will hit the list for the RS's.

Drift Practice/School
- Mattia: TS has received K&K's approval stating that the proposed events from the November WWSCC meeting do meet their standards for coverage for these types of events. TS asks that reps take this information back to their clubs so TS may consider hosting an event of this nature in February or March at BMP. First events would be for member clubs only, no spectators. This would be considered only a school or practice along the same parameters as an autocross school or practice following the same layouts as an autocross according to the limits of the insurance policy. Mattia to email the "formal proposal" and also go through the online rules file and show how existing rules apply to these types of events. Then reps will take this info back to their clubs. Council is going to want a formal championship-level event plan prior to approving the addition to K&K insurance.

NEW Business: no new business.

Next Meeting: Monday, January 19th here at Rogue again.

Adjourned: 9:34PM

Good of the Order: Glen will be stepping down as BEAC rep. as he is now the new BEAC President.
