The 2013 Rookie of the Year was Gene Baker; this is more like a Comeback Player award since Gene ran with us something like 20 or more years ago and now is back.  He participated in nearly all of the events, regardless of weather, was a cheerful presence on grid and in the paddock, and is steadily improving his driving.
