Don't let the gray get you down, but the 10th annual WWSCC Slush Series is scheduled to begin on Sunday February 8th with UWFSAE's "Dog Sled" Slush Series event #1 at Bremerton Raceway.

There are three events scheduled in the Slush Series with event #2 put on by Torque Steerers happening on February 22nd at Bremerton Raceway and concludes with event #3, put on by ACE also at Bremerton Raceway on March 8th.

So how is the Slush Series different than the WWSCC Championship Series? Well first of all it's intended to be a less serious dust-the-cobwebs-off event for both car and driver. Not that there isn't scoring and trophies but the trophies tend to be more creative than your standard plaque. The weather is also a crapshoot with beautiful crisp sunshine if we're lucky or pouring rain if we're not. So far in the 9 seasons the Slush Series has ran we've yet to see any actual slush at the events, but after everything we've seen weather-wise this year you can't count that out either!

No matter what the conditions will be expect fun times, good competition and good camaraderie so come out and join the fun!
